500 Internal Server Error Class 'ZipArchive' not found when export responses was created by hengkylintang
I got error message when export responses in excel format. It's okay when export in csv, pdf and others format.  i installed LS Version 3.25.16+210302. Please help me to troubleshoot this error. thanks

The error message is pretty clear. You don't have the PHP Class "ZipArchive" installed on your server.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

It's not programming, see with your hoster : need php-zip
