Volunteers are not paid.

Exactly this is the problem.
You got an answer in the Italian part.
Somebody who sees your question here may not be aware of it and answers again, telling you maybe the same.
So this is unnecessary work for us volunteers.
Therefore we do not like these double posts.
You can ask a question in your mother tongue part. And if you do not get an answer after some days there you may try in the international (english) part.
But, please, not at the same time.

Oh, sorry,
if you feel offended or attacked.
But there are quite a few examples in the forum that the same problem was discussed in two threads in different languages with the same suggested solutions.
This is frustrating for both helpers.
Remember that we do this work voluntarily in our spare time.
This alone is the reason that simultaneous doubles are criticized.and reminded.
So there are two opinions here:
1st opinion:
First ask in the forum in your native language.
Without a language gap, discussions are held here with fewer misunderstandings, both in terms of the question and - sometimes more importantly - the answer.
If you don't get a satisfactory answer after a reasonable amount of time, ask in the English-speaking forum.
2nd opinion:
Always ask in the English-speaking forum.
Most of the volunteers who respond in the national forums are also active in the English section.

@KullBorg: In my opinion, double postings ruin forums more than people saying that you shouldn't double post. Just saying...
The minimum, minimum you could have done is put a link to the other post in each post, mentioning that you also asked in another subforum.
People here are spending their spare time on helping others and this time is valulable. don't you think?. If someone responds your question that has actually already been answered in another part of the forum, then this is a waste of time that the voluntary helper could have spend on answering someone elses question.
And especially Joffm can't be accused of "ruining" this forum. He is probably the most pacient responder here on the forum and provides very detailed and elaborated responses.
Now, if you have problems with some basic rules of decency (Most forums do not like double posts), then you'll have hard time in the future to find people volutarily help you out.
A simple: "Oh, sorry, my bad!" and this would have been solved...
