We host few surveys in our LimeSurvey installation. We sometimes get "error saving results" email with participant data as a backup/to enter manually. I have a few questions reagrding this email.
1. Why do we get this email? - I believe in case if there was any connection/network issue and it failed to save the data in the db, they survey adminstrator gets this email. Is this correct?
2. If this is correct, is there a way we can log this somewhere else as a text plain file or in the logs INSTEAD OF sending an email?
3. If it cannot be turned off, is there a way we can just customise the email template to remove any sensistive data?
1. Cause can be multiple , 1st of alll : give you LimeSurvey version and build number
2. Not by defauklt, and not easy
3. No : it send to an admin who can access to data easily
