Hello - I'm receiving the below error when saving new text in Text Elements.

Version - Version 3.25.1+201124 and also 3.25.5.
Self-Hosted - Windows 2012/IIS/PHP 7.4.12/MS SQL


admin/database/index/updatesurveylocalesettings
[HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden 82ms]

Note- This appears to only be happening on surveys imported from LS version 2.x.

I'm also seeing this error in FireFox debug -
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "https://domainname/index.php?" on this server.

Reference #18.xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxx (something similar)

1. Can you activate debug mode : www.limesurvey.org/manual/Debug_mode
2. Can you create a issue community.limesurvey.org/bug-tracker/ with a lss that don't work.

1) I have that version on another instance, same problem encountered.
2) Activated debug mode and not seeing anything.
3) I'll see if this is doable.

One thing I noticed is that the URL it complains about is https://mydomainname. Only https would work in my case. It using http will definitely be a problem.

I'm also behind a load balancer - This looks to be the same issue but I don't see a resolution.

This is an Akamai problem for those that encounter it. Ask the admin in charge to review the logs and see what's being blocked.
