Problem exporting answers

I have Versión 3.25.1+201124 installed (in spanish). I'm doing a test survey and i'm not able to export results correctly. The answer don't appear or they are shown as N/A (I'have tried cvs and excel). I have exported/imported the questionary to my limesurvey account and there the export works ok.

It's difficult to help with something that works on the Limesurvey server, but not on yours.

First I would check if the PHP and MySQL version match the requirements for the installation.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
