Hi, I am trying to send you an invitation to complete survey for participants but will get such an error. Any ideas?

You don't gve any information about your SMPT settings …

Learn how to prepare your Office365 Exchange Mailaccount for sending E-Mails via SMTP. Your error message contains "SendAsDenied" Error. It shows a different E-Mailadress beginning with a "k". That is different from the limesurvey@ E-Mailadress. Make sure you use the account emailadress, which by default is allowed to accept SMTP connections with that account credentials. Or learn how to change permissions inside Exchange to allow sending via SMTP with a e.g. sharedbox emailadress.

It's not a LS issue , it's a Office365 issue, they don't know what SMTP mean. Please : report issue to microsoft.
