EXPIRY keyword does not work in Survey description was created by palmin
Hello,
I wanted to show the expiration date which is set for the survey in the description that is shown to the users when starting the survey.
In the text editor for the Description field, it is possible to enter the keyword from the menu:
The problem is that when starting the survey, the description field does not expand the expiration date, but just shows a red EXPIRY label with a tooltip "Undefined variable":
How can I get this to work?

What LS version are you using?
And is the expiry date set in the survey configuration?
Is the survey activated?

Unfortunately LS 4.x has still a lot of bugs. I would not recommend it to use in production yet, only for testing / experimenting. Please, make a bug report.
I generally would recommend LS 3.x LTS for production at the moment.

Where can I file a bug report?
We do not have a "LimeSurvey Professional" plan, so last time I filed a bug, I got a reply that I should post in the Forum

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

You did not file a bug report, but you asked for support, which you will obviously not get, because you are not a client of Limesurvey Professional. But you can make a bug report. Of course, it will take a while for a bug to be solved, especially as there is a long pipeline of bugs for LS 4.x.
