limesurvey 3 LTS or 4.x was created by lowprofile
Hi, We are planning on installing 4.x into a prod environment. From what I read it still seems to be not recommended.
Should we stick with installing 3 LTS .
One of the requirements of 4 is PHP 7, however in git it still mentions 5.5 is required.. could this be clarified?

For production I still wouldn't go with LS 4.x. There are just too many open bugs that I might consider too problematic for production.
At the current status, I would definitely go with the latest version oLS 3.x LTS.

Well, since PHP 5 is EOL and no longer supported, you will go with PHP 7.2 or PHP 7.3. PHP 7.4 had some issues with LimeSurvey.lowprofile wrote: One of the requirements of 4 is PHP 7, however in git it still mentions 5.5 is required.. could this be clarified?
