我在win2008服务器上上传limesurvey最新版，出现
Internal Server Error

Way to reproduce ?
Can you activate debug mode : manual.limesurvey.org/Debug_mode

I already setup on a Win2008 IIS/php7

But don't have issue with chmod.

I tested it on win2008 IIS php7.3.5 and php6.5, and the same problem occurred.

Download the latest official version of LimeSurvey 4.3.4,

php.ini It still doesn't work if Chmod is deleted

Download this version: LimeSurvey Community Edition latest version: 4.3.4

I think it's better to use Stable (LTS) Release 3.22.26
community.limesurvey.org/downloads/

Else : please report the issue , if possible with debug mode and how to reproduce
