Hi, I'm new on this. I was running my survey but the "next" buttom does not work, I get stucked in the welcome page (the same for all my surveys). One hour before I ran it, I changed my domain name, maybe that was the issue why this does not move on. Please, how can i fix it up?

It is almost impossible to help with the description and with no access to your survey or without a LSS support and without the version of LS that you are running.

Can you check if the background / logo is disabled in the theme of the survey? If enabled, make sure a file is selected from the dropdown menu. (check also themes from global settings)

What would that have to do with the "Next" button?

I guess it is the "Start" button from what I see in the explanation of the forum post.

Haven't documented it a lot, but there were some users reporting similar behaviour in the past. At a quick look, I was observing in each case that the logo/background file theme options were enabled, but no files were selected for any of the two.

LE: After disabling the two theme options / selecting for each option a file, the "start" button works.
