i have LimeSurvey runs on windows server 2012, with Apache 2.4.27 and PHP 7.1.9
i am looking to upgrade my windows server to 2019.. so the question is would LimeSurvey be supported on windows server 2019?
do i have to run LimeSurvey installer after upgrading the server? is there instructions or manual that you can please send me to guide me of what should be done if i upgrade my server while running LimeSurvey on it?
The process of this should not change or be different to any other software. As long as the conditions are met (PHP, sql version, etc.). As you are running Apache and not ISS I also see less problems there.
However, I don't know any of the developers here that have access to a Windows Server for testing. Generally LS is developed in LAMP environments and thus you will see "hick ups" with Windows based environments here and there. I doubt that there is any official guide or instruction on how to deal with an update from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
