CException: Invalid access data was created by been1516
Hello,

I am trying to install LimeSurvey on an AWS server running ubuntu 18.04. However, when I try to install it through CLI I get this error:

CException: Invalid access data. Check your config.php db access data in /var/www/html/limesurvey/application/commands/InstallCommand.php:115

I have set up a database and an admin user but I don't understand where this issue is coming from.
