Why excactly 3.17.3? I would recommend to download the latest version of 3.x LTS, which today would be version 3.22.14+ 200423.

But in any way, previous versions of LS you can usually find here: www.limesurvey.org/lts-releases-download...24-archived-releases

But seems like versions of 3.x and 4.x are not being archived.

So you might have to download it from Github: github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/releases

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
