In a private survey, a respondent already provided garbage answers to the survey, reaching completed status. When reviewing the responses, yes we determined all answers were garbage. We would like to enforce the respondent to answer again. And the respondent apologized, stating that he would answer the survey correctly this time.
We would like to tell the respondent to click on that same link and start over. From our side, is there a way to reset all answers in that associated passcode/token and tell him to try again on that same link? We really don't want to create a new passcode and send out new link to respondent.
