I linked glpi (ITSM) 9.4.5 with limsurvey to create satisfaction surveys

I want to know how to send a satisfaction survey after the closure of glpi ticket.

And please do not post in two places about the same issue. You have asked about this in the French forum and you already received some answer there, from what I can see.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
