While you have the right to contact Limesurvey Support, there is probably very little they can do more than suggest what the error message already suggests.

The error message in German is pretty clear:

The system can only read those files, due to the permissions set for these files. However, they need to be updated, so the system needs also the rights to "write". So it is a problem with permissions on your server. You'll have to give correct permissions to these files, via CHMOD.

And here the últimate solution: If you don't know what to do, ask your system administrador.

I don't think anyone in the forum or anyone at the Limesurvey GmbH Support can give you any more details than this very specific error message. I admit, sometimes error messages can by cryptic, but this one is basically perfect.

Only you, or the admin of your Limesurvey installation can solve this issue.
