The page content cannot be displayed in the Turkish Language User page, adding new questions to the survey. But Limesurvey user interface language is English, everything is fine.

Is this a bug? How can I solve this problem?

This is exactly the case with the last 4 versions. I do not know about the situations in previous versions.

Can not reproduce on same way 4.1.12 and 4.1.16

I can confirm in 4.1.16 with debug==0, debug==1, debug==2.
