It should not be necessary to put a EU VAT ID for international clients. The EU VAT ID is basically a tax ID for the value added tax (a tax directly on the sales e.g. ISS in Brazil). So of course you don't have it, because your company is registered in Brazil and not in the European Union. I guess you could just leave the box blank.
Should this not be possible, because the field is required, please get in touch with the Limesurvey GmbH.
We here in the forum are mainly voluntary helpers and do not know about the internal processes of the Limesurvey GmbH who is the company that is offering the SaaS offering of Limesurvey Pro.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

The EU VAT ID is addressed to those ordering from one of the EU member states. Certain accounting departments require users to have the VAT ID of the organisation listed on the final invoice. In that way, only the net price will be paid to LimeSurvey GmbH, while the taxes will be paid by the accounting department of your organisation.
