I have submitted a request for an enterprise edition subscription.
Once my university has processed the requisition, will your support be able to assist to migrate our existing surveys and users and all other data to the new instance?

This is something you should ask the LimeSurvey GmbH support directly. "Support / Contact us"

This forum is mainly supporting the Community Edition.

Seems you have some outdated js :
Clear assets cache must do the trick
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
