I tried upgrading (from 3.x to the current version) but when trying to go to the login page I get the following request to upgrade the database (Database upgrade

Then when I click on "Start database upgrade" I get :
"An non-recoverable error happened during the update. Error details:
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'question' in 'field list'


File update_helper.php, line 31.
Please fix this error in your database and try again

Please could you assist?

Also when I try to go to the index page I get:

"500: Internal Server Error
The table "{{surveys_groupsettings}}" for active record class "SurveysGroupsettings" cannot be found in the database."

Please report that as a bug. I have seen no fix for that issue.
This error was mentioned a few weeks ago in a bug ticket with a different topic.

The upgrade routines seem to need a fix.
