URGENT error page while answering survey

URGENT error page while answering survey was created by Leachawki97
Hello, i have sent a 375 questions-survey by mail to my participants using the token system. My participants are unable to answer my questionnaire because an error page is appearing to them before they barely reach answering half of it.
Is it because of its length???
Any ideas???

An error page saying that the session has expired, and to contact the survey administrator. I am using the1.91 version

In that very old version, it may simply be a matter of extending the "Session lifetime" setting in Global configuration --> General.

To be honest, you should not use such an "ancient" version of LS in production. Your version of LS hasn't received updates and bug fixes for many years. It is like still using Windows XP. We are currently at version 4.x, but I recommend version 3.x for production.
