Setting up a survey with Limesurvey only takes longer than in Google Form if you are not used to it or have complex surveys (which you couldn't do in Google Forms anyway).
With a little bit of experience, you will set up simple surveys in Limesurvey very quickly.
I am not aware of any FLOSS alternative to Limesurvey.
I think there might be some plugins/addons to Wordpress and Drupal that can allow you to set up simple surveys, but then setting this all up is probably significantly more work than setting up a LS instance. I don't know how easy/difficult those "questionnaires" are possible to set up.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
