Hello, After upgrade from 2.67.3 to 3.22.7 a list of surveys is empty. What could be a problem and do you know how to solve it?

I recommend to submit a bugticket via the bugtracker.

It might be an issue newly introduced in the LS3 version you are using.

Click on the version number in the right bottom to get more infos about your system.
Perhaps some requirements for LS3 are not fulfilled by your hosting anymore.

How did you upgrade? Via comfort update? Or manually. Explain that in the bug ticket too.

Ideally in English, of course. I don't think that many of the developers will be able to read this. Probably they more or less know what is behind each line, but still. Try to provide everything in English. Will make things easier.

Tricky thing.

The survey is filled with items but unnamed and no buttons.

Can you create a new survey which then gets listed?
Or when you try to copy a survey, is the dropdown list empty or readable?




As a comfort update user you could ask support directly via a support ticket.
A bugticket in mantis would still be nice.

If you cannot wait, you could try to update manually to the same version via a LTS download of LS 3.22.7.

My problem is solved! Meanwhile, somebody changed php version from 5.x to 7.3. I downgraded to 7.0 and everything works great! Thank you for your support.

7.0 and 7.1 are EOL=End of Life and receive no updates.
PHP 7.2. would be the minimum.

Are you using a ControlPanel? Changing a PHP version comes often with a different set of extensions. You should check via phpinfo what php version is running and what extensions might be missing.
