Where are differences between 4.1.7 vs. 3.22.7 listed? was created by bulgin

Trying to decide which to upgrade to, from Version 3.17.7+190627.

I have: php 7.2.27 and mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.29, for Linux (x86_64).

What are the differences between 4.1.7 vs. 3.22.7? Can't find a list anywhere.

Umm... is there a way to change the Demo to English? I can't understand any of the Demo.

you change the language as you do it in your own installation.
Go to "demo" in the upper right corner and then "My account"

Here you change the language.
