I'm new to this community and I have a question, sorry if it was already asked by someone (I checked and saw nothing...).
I have a list of 250 participants for a survey and sent invitations a couple of days ago. Some participants never received the invitation, and others... yes.
I tested it with 5 of my colleagues (so... same organization, same kind of email, same security level, etc.), and some of them receive it, and others... no.
WHY? Could you help me with that?
I noted that the only ones who received it (among my colleagues) were "new" to the system; I mean, I created their address for the first time in LimeSurvey... and the ones who didn't received it : it was the second or third time that I created their address (after deleting it the first time of course) inside the system... is it possible that the system "recognise" old deleted addresses and refuse it??...
Do you have access to the server log ? The in and the out ?

1. LimeSurvey send the email to a server
2. This server receive the email by LimeSurey and contact the final sender (or not)
2b. Maybe some other server here.
3. The final server receive the email and put in "New email" box.
You think 1 is broken. I think you pmust have log of action done by 2 and 3.

Thanks DenisChenu... I must clarify that we (my team) are using the version hosted by LimeSurvey (and not by our computers...)... the "online version". Version 3.22.5
I don't know if that change anything about what you said.
I checked in the email options of the server of LimeSurvey and... I'm lost. Looks like I cannot change anything anyway.
Knowing that, do you have actions you would recommend me?....
But i think the best solution are toi use your own SMTP server.
