Invitation email erroneously not being sent to user

Hello,


I'm trying to send an invitation email to the last user in this table:



For some reason, I get the following error message:



As you can see from the table, the user has a valid email address.
The user was never previously sent an invitation.
The user not yet completed the survey.
The user has an access code.
The user has one use left.

Yet the email is not sending.

Why is this?

Furthermore, if I wanted to send the access token in the email, what would I need to put in curly braces?

E.g. {FIRSTNAME} for first name. Is there a page that summarizes this?

Set the email status.

Token is sent by default, included in link.

Volunteers are not paid.

But I cannot find those settings. Before I click on the "Send Reminders" the result I see is HTML.

Edit the email invitation template and reset it.
