Hi all,

I have already searched the forum for this error but there was no exact solution written.

Issue is that admin and all other users cannot login. When you try to login the page just refresh.
Login worked normaly for about 4 weeks.

I found access logs:
"POST /index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login HTTP/1.1" 302 -
"GET /index.php/admin/index HTTP/1.1" 302
"GET /index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login HTTP/1.1" 200 17016

My system is CentOS 7, Limesurvey is
For more info please ask.

I would be really appreciated for any info regarding this issue.

If it worked fine for 4 weeks and you did not do any update to Limesurvey, you will have to check which changes have been made to your server.
Because a running system does not just stop working like that, without any changes made.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I have reverted the patches for 5 days back and the issue still persist.
