Default survey admin & admin email was created by Jmantysalo
In previous versions default survey administrator and survey administrator email address were copied from the user profile. In the current version is it not so -- can I revert the behaviour to the older style? And what was the reason for the change?

What previous version ?
And what current version ?

Maybe must be reported as issue ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

Previous version is 3.20.2+191119, new is 4.1.6+200220.
