I don't recommend 4.x for production. Try 3.x LTS.

Ok, will try 3.X LTS then.

But why is the 4.3 labelled "Stable" if it's not recommended for production?

I think "Edge" or similar would be more suitable....

Anyway, thank you for the advise!

It's better here : community.limesurvey.org/downloads/

But the default page still show 4.X as stable.

All forum supporter (like me or Tony) ask to put 3LTS as stable on default Hst yourself button

Well, actually since Tuesday the 4.3 version doesn't say "stable" anymore.




But you are right. It was labeled as stable before. Not by us though. In my opinion (and Tpartner and Denis probably agree) it should have never received the label "stable".

I am already happy that it doesn't say "stable" anymore. Probably the maximum we could get as an concession on Tuesday.

I can understand the reasons behind giving it the label "stable". If it is a beta or a RC, most users don't test, thus there are no bug reports. So the developers get to a point where there are not bug reports anymore and thus get anxious to push it to "stable. I don't like this philosophy, but I am not asked. ;-)

OK, I always go to "Ressources" --> "Download" and there the page from my screenshot appears...

By the way, what tool did you use to create this GIF? Might become handy to show how to access things in LS, without having to run Open Broadcaster Studio and create a video.

Curently : you really must give a try to linux. Old times of broke whan update is terminated.

My boy use windows for games, but linux for work and they are happy.

Had the same problem - this seems to be related to the selected admin language; mine was set to French, and the question editor would not load. I changed it to English and it works.

Toggling it back to French and the problem reappears.
