I have started running a trial on a sample of my survey's participants. Two out of 14 trial's participants had issues with logging in and when trying to log-in they got an alert that their token is not valid. I need to understand this before running the survey itself. How can it be that few couldn't log in while they all got individual links with a build-in token? I will appreciate a list of options to this issue so I can further investigate it.
How does the participants table look like for these two respondents (token, complete, uses left)?
Do they appear in the answer table (last page, complete)?

Hi Joffm and many thanks for your prompt answer!
All participants are at the same CSV file, those who could and those who could not log-in, so I'm not sure what you are asking.
Hi,
well, you imported the csv into the participant table of LS.
I asked about the values of these three variables (token, complete, uses left) in the participants table..
And the other thing is the answer table. Here you should check if these two respondents are inserted there.
If yes, which values are there in "last page" and "complete"?

Hi again,
I think there is something here... all the participants that didn't answer are marked as 1 at the 'uses left', what does it mean and how can I fix it?
Also, I don't know what is the answer table, where can I find it?
Many thanks again!
"Uses left" means: How many times is a participant still allowed to take part.
So "1" is correct. The others who successfully answerecd the questionnaire should have an "0" here.
And the answer table?
Goto "Responses / Responses and Statistics" -> "Display responses"
By the way: Did you try to start the questionnaire with these two tokens?

OK, so one of the respondents that couldn't log in, eventually did, and I don't know how it was solved, will try to find out.
Re answer table, the participant who still can't log-in is not there.
What do you mean 'start with these two tokens'? which tokens and how?
Sorry, it is all new to me.
