I managed to open the site, click on the survey link, fill in the survey. But when clicking on "submit" it is loading for a while now.
Do you send admin notification emails on submission of your survey? I remember that there were cases that when the sending of the emails fails, the submission of the survey failed as well.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Overall, I would also guess that it is an server issue. When clicking on the "Next" button everything works fine and quick. But when clicking on submit, the system tries to connect to the server and it takes for ever.
With "exit and clear" it is the same. It times out after a while.
When i tried to open myblisstech.com it also took quite long to open.
