I'm running a small test survey. I'm using participants table. 10 people invited by email with 1 manually generated token and 9 automatically generated tokens. 1 was manually input, 9 were uploaded from a single CSV.
There's 1 completed and 2 incomplete, and when I export as CSV selecting one or all of the extra 'token fields' all records (either for complete or incomplete) have the token and extra token fields blank.
I'm using Version 3.11.0+180612. I did search in forums and bugtracker quickly but could not find anything exactly like this.
EDIT: I now have 4 users who have 2 complete and 2 incomplete. 1 of each has the token fields populated!
Is your survey set to anonymous? Then you won't have access to the token information within the results table.
If this is not the case, it might be a bug. However, as your version is pretty old (over a year old actually), you should try of the problem still persists on the newest version, only then create a bug report.
What you could do is to upload your survey as a LSS file to the demo here and see if the same problem persists. If so, then please create a bug report.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

What are extra token fields? The first thing to check is if the data is displayed when browsing the responses inside LimeSurvey. If you can see the data there, the export routine somehow breaks. If you cannot see the data there, the export cannot show more data.
Your LimeSurvey version is from 2018. So it is not unusual to see no bugreports about the issue your LimeSurvey installation might have. I recommend to check your test survey on a newer version as well.
