Error on Preview Survey

Error on Preview Survey was created by prajay04
Hello,

I have recently updated lime survey from Version 2.50 to 3.17.17.

When i try to preview survey (when survey is not active) i am getting below error



I also updated to Version 3.19.1 to check if it was update related issue, but still facing same error.

What can i do to get this issue fix

2. How did you upgrade from Version 2.50 to 3.17.17? Manually or via Comfortupdate?

If you can reproduce this issue with every survey (even ones you created under LS 3.19.X), than raise a bugreport soon.

- Existing surveys which are not active and also newly created survey.


2. How did you upgrade from Version 2.50 to 3.17.17? Manually or via Comfortupdate?
- Comfortupdate

If you can reproduce this issue with every survey (even ones you created under LS 3.19.X)
- Yes can reproduce LS 3.19.X

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

As a Comfortupdate-customer you can ask the support directly.
My guess is that the Comfortupdate script has not upgraded the database structure 100% correct.

This issue is not related to LS upgrade.

There was plugin event beforeSurveyPage which used to get triggered, it tried to fetch participant by token.
