I am facing a problem with all the surveys I have on my list. Once I click to preview a survey (non-active), I enter the first page and then when I click Enter the following message appears:
This page isn’t working

usually Error 500 is an issue with the server configuration, rather than the software itself (of course this can't be excluded completely).
But it seems like you are using the SaaS service of Limesurvey Gmbh. So you should create a support ticket via the "Support" link above in the navigation. Most of us here in the forum are volunteers that help with the OSS software Limesurvey and we do not have any access to the servers of the Limesurvey GmbH. So in this case you need to get directly in touch with them, as they are administrating your LS installation.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Please ask the support (you seem to host via LimeSurvey GmbH) for help. Perhaps they changed something on the server. It looks like a server issue of LimeSurvey GmbH, which is out of scope for us here in the forum.
