hello,

I just signed in Limesurvey but I don't have access to my configuration settings.

I think I do not see what I should see... any possibility to click on "Create a new survey".



So, how can I do to create mu survey?

what is "I just signed in"?

Are you sure you have the rights to create a survey?

Hello, thanks for your answer. I registered myself in the LimeSurvey website and I created my account. Is it not enough to create and publish surveys with the free option account? If not, could you explain me how to do to create and publish a free survey? Thanks in advance, Chiara

So, it is hosted at LimeSurvey GmbH.
Well, this is the forum of the Community edition.
We do not know the details of the hosted edition.
In your case you should ask LimeSurvey GmbH support.

So when you click on "Create a survey", nothing happens?

Because your screenshot looks about right. This is what you should see.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Except Create survey is grey : deactivate.
