No token password access

Hello,


I created recently a survey, but it's restricted, because it asks for a token password.

How do i remove this? And how can candidates access it without this password?

I noticed also that in other surveys in my list are displayed "no" in closed group,

but the one i created says "yes".

I don't know if this is related or not.

Exactly, it is.

You activated your survey as "closed", that is you answered the second question with "switch to closed mode" instead of "No, thanks".

So, deactivate and activate again as "open".

Go to particpant management
Delete participant table
It's done ;)
