Can't add new question to group was created by datawizard

I can't add a new question to a group (see attachment). How can I add a new question to a group?

Is your survey activated? Then you can't add groups or questions to the survey.

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
