Call to undefined function password_verify() was created by Tyaustgel_2588
I try to install LS 3.161 on a linux server ( PHP Version 7.0.27) : I could go through the installation process without problems, in particular generate the admin assword etc but I got the following message


Fatal error: Call to undefined function password_verify() in /my_runtime_path/application/models/User.php on line 277

as soon as I try to login ( URL: www3.unil.ch/limes3-dev/index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login )

I do not understand since the password_verify function is compatible with PHP 7

Don't understand too … www.php.net/manual/en/function.password-verify.php
And we clearly need that function …

Server admin diable this function ?
Can you create a phpinfo file and send the result ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

No server admin ( it's me !!) did not disable that function ..

On another server php 7.2 it works..
