Not sure whether this is possible but thought I would ask. I have a very old version of limesurvey 1.9.2 and have installed the newest version (3.16.1)on a different machine to test/gradually start to use and starting from scratch (i.e. no need to save any old survey info etc). Issue is that I have 1 survey that needs exporting from 1.9.2 into this new version and wondered if and how I can do this?

1.9.2 ???? I'm sure there are only csv export if this version exist …

If i remind 1.92 have lss export : then you can use lss export to import in 3.X : it must work …

1.92 does export .lss files.
