Hi,
I notice that when we write a survey in Arabic language, and put Arabic text in Description and Welcome, text shows like this: "??? ???? ???"

We are using ver: 3.15.5+181115

Hey there,

Try to change the admin theme to Noto all languages.

Configuration -> Themes -> Admin themes -> select "Noto All languages".

I don't think it can be related to template : default template work good with arabic language without needing of noto.

Maybe some server issue then
- Server type on what operating system
- PHP version
- DB version
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
