I just installed Limesurvey on my company's host and everything works except the survey's edition.
I can create surveys but then it loads indefinitely and I can't edit it.
Can someone help me ?

I can perform step 1 normally : create a new survey, name it and click on "save"
But then the "edit" page doesn't load, it stays like the screenshot below for a while and then ,on some browsers, I get a "connection reset error"



If I go back to the survey list, the new survey appears but I still can't access it, not even it's general settings.

I don't know if it is relevant but when I try to show a "html printable survey" from the survey list, I get something like this :

Then the first thing is to provide your system information.
Click on the LS version in the lower right corner and attach the screenshot of the popup.

What browser are you using? IE is not supported in the backend.

I used Mozilla Firefox for the screenshots, but I tried with multiple browser, even on my phone, and the result is always the same.

How did you install LimeSurvey on the server? Which method? You might try to install it again.

I followed religiously the steps here :

Maybe not enough, I'll try to reinstall it tomorrow.

I'll have to find how to uninstall it first

Even after reinstalling and recreating the Database I still have the same issue

I found the solution !!
I just added "httpS/" in front of the adress and everything works.
