Lime Survey Block not working in Moodle v3.4!! was created by holch

I guess this is rather a topic to discussed with Moodle users. As far as I understand, this is a block/plugin from Moodle.

The block seems to be outdated:

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I am not that familiar with Moodle, maybe someone can explain what a "block" is? Is it similar to a mdule or plugin?
How does Limesurvey get integrated into Moodle? Do you create the survey using the Limesurvey interface and then embed the survey at the Moodle backend?

Block in Moodle is nearly the same as widgets in Wordpress.

The development of a "real" LimeSurvey module with tight integration seems not to get much traction.
