upload/themes is blank was created by BaranD

Hello,

When I use firefox to navigate to http://localhost:8080/upload/themes/ the page is blank. The above folder does show admintheme, labels, surveys / themes. Does anybody know what the cause for this is?

I want to acces the upload folder so I can create custom question views according to manual.limesurvey.org/Templating .

Configuration:

LimeSurvey Version 3.15.3+181108 installed on local pc.
Windows 10
