I have a problem with limesurvey. it is not saving users responses to the survey. they dont show up in responses section. it counts the answers and increments the "Total surveys completed" thing. but when we click show statistics or show answers they dont show up and "Total Responses" is always zero.

tried creating a new form, full reinstall but couldnt figure out why this thing happen. I had this problem year ago and solved by reinstall but it seems like it wont work anymore

Your screenshot doesn't help much. It shows that there are no answers in the statistics, but how do we know that there are actually completed surveys?

What version of LS are you using? (Exact version)
Can you reproduce the problem if you upload your survey as .lss file to the demo.limesurvey.org?

I have exactly the same issue, I test to disable AJAX but it doesn''t solve my problem. I also try to change the permissions.
Using persistence = TRUE and multiple responses=TRUE, One answer was saved but responses didn't change when I save another time.
Using persistence = FALSE and multiple responses=TRUE, no new response was saved.

The result is that answers are not saved - or updated (if persistant data=true), even using the small demo version.

OK, this wasn't clear from how your post was written / structured.

Hi everyone!
It seems as if the sever just needed 15 Minutes and had a cup of coffee after I activated the survey before the survey worked as expected... Now everythings runs over here.

So just have to be patient for 15 Mintes.
