can multiple people use on limesurvey while creating and adding question groups?
for example you cannot work with multiple people while using WIX because save/publish is based on computer and when people save something other people work gets lost.
No, in Limesurvey you can work at the same time. However, if you create / work on the same question at the same time problems might arise.
If you work on different surveys, there should be no problem at all.
If you work on the same survey, make sure you don't work on the same questions at the same time, otherwise this should be fine.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
