I have windows hosting plan with ### I want to install limesurvey with softaculous. Someone said that I can't install limesurvey on windows hosting because it doesn't support php and mysql. But my hosting provider claim that their hosting plan support php 7 and mysql database. Could you please give steps to install it on windows hosting platform?

we don't support Softaculous issues. Softaculous ask their user to pay to benefit of their custom home made version of LimeSurvey , so feel free to ask them support.
Regular version of LimeSurvey CE support PHP 7 and mysql. Some bugs are known with Mssql and should be fixed very soon.
