adding users to a token table

adding users to a token table was created by jciconsult
after the most recent update, the designated owner of the survey could not see the option to add tokens via csv import. All permissions seem correct. What has happened?

You should see it under "Create".

If I access the survey under my super admin account, that is what I see but the designated "owner" of the survey does not see that. She only sees the top two lines. I think I have given her full permission short of making her a super admin

If this just occurred after updating to the latest version, please file a bug report, giving as many details as possible.

Problem sort of solved. After the upgrade, ownership had reverted to me. I added her as a user with full permissions and the problem went away.
