Good morning.

We have updated the LimeSurver from version 2.71 to 3.14.
The update has given several problems related to the plugins arrayTextAdapt and hideEmptyColumn. After disabling them, the update completed successfully.

The problem is that when we try to access from the interface to the PluginManager (index.php / admin / pluginmanager / sa / index) I only see a blank web, if I go to the path where the plugins are I see the following:

The index.html contains the following:

Instead of disabling, try removing all none-core plugins. (remove those directories)

In the plugins folder there are only the two plugins that incorporate the system. The other two (arrayTextAdapt and hideEmptyColumn) I had to disable before making the version upgrade because it gave errors or did not end well.

Best when you have white page is to activate debug mode.

By default : if you remove the directory : the plugin must be uninstalled directly … the something other seems to happen …


Else :
About arrayTextAdapt : i surely rewrote it (if have need of this (or one of my client)), because all twig system broke this plugin. Near same for hideEmptyColumn, but here : js can surely be adapated.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
