I have a instalation in a windows 2012 R" with IIS, everthing is working fine, but the upload of a image in survey themes its giving this an error:

"This file is not a supported image - please only upload JPG,PNG,GIF or SVG type "

I'm uploanding a JPG.

If I upload with kcfinder the upload works.

Can you help, please?

Here, I can import your picture without problem.
So, it's rather a server configuration problem.
We're using the php "FILEINFO_MIME_TYPE".
It's available for PHP > 5.3, so check your PHP version.

this bug has been fixed a while ago, just update to the latest version.
