So I have been using limesurvey and have loved it so far. However I am now getting reports that questions are linking to other peoples surveys. (the action: select Q group, select Question -> redirects to another survey not by that user). After some investigation it looks like limesurvey has been reusing ID's twice (please see screenshot below of qid table).
Is this something I have let happen from MySQL's side of things or is this a problem with the way limesurvey handles its id's?

Yep, and if there are such issue , best place seems mantis/bug report
